Social media Templates
Here are our RETSY Branded Social Media templates for your use! Please bookmark this page for future reference, as we will be updating the options here periodically. To use a template as is, click on the desired image below, then click “Share” at the top right in Canva, then click the purple “Download” button.
To customize an existing template:
- Upload your desired property photo from your computer. Ensure the photo is high res and not blurry. NOTE for buyer-represented sales: Written permission from the listing agent must be acquired before utilizing listing photos. If permission is not granted, you can take your own photo of the property to use.
- Follow instructions on the designs to customize to your listing.
- Once you’re happy with your design, select “Share” at the top right-hand corner, then select “Download”.
Listing Posts
Here are options for social media posts in square format. These work well as a feed post on Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, etc. Click on each image to access the editable template in Canva. When posting, be sure add any important information into the post caption – property address, property information, etc. Less is more for the post image; detailed info is best for the caption! Be sure to spell check before posting.
Listing Stories
Here are options for social media Story images. These work well as a Story post on Instagram and Facebook. Click on each image to access the editable template in Canva. When posting as a Story on Instagram or Facebook, it’s a good idea to add a link to the dedicated landing page that you receive from the Marketing Team.
Holiday Posts
Here are options for Holiday social media posts in square format. These work well as a feed post on Instagram and Facebook. Click on each image to access the editable template in Canva.
